Every sock made is a custom sock
My socks and dolls are made using a 1921 AutoKnitter, a circular sock knitting machine (CSM). The machine was refurbished by me.
The CSMs were originally manufactured in the early part of the 1900's & heavily utilized to supply soldiers in WWI with socks to protect their feet in trench warfare, as socks were not yet mass produced.
Each finished by hand
All of my dolls and socks are hand finished, most contain wool from our sheep and are always one of a kind.
